Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are prepared in 2–5 days. Delivery depends on your location.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Only if it hasn’t entered production. Email ASAP.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. Tracking is sent via email when shipped.

What if I get a damaged item?

Take clear photos and email me within 48h. I’ll refund or replace.

Where is Fragmenta based?

In Québec, Canada — between abandoned buildings and botanical visions.

Is Fragmenta a brand or an art project?

It’s both — fashion, ruins, nature and glitch storytelling.

Do you accept returns?

Only for damaged items. All other sales are final.
