Privacy Policy

Fragmenta isn’t just a store — it’s something I build while exploring forgotten places, collecting fragments of stories, and sharing them with those who care. Your privacy matters to me. When you browse the site, subscribe, or place an order, I might collect basic info like your name, email, address, or payment details. I use that only to process orders, offer support, and (if you want) send out future updates and product drops you might actually be excited about. I don’t sell your data — ever. Some data might go through Shopify or delivery services just so your order arrives safely. I use SSL encryption and modern tools to protect your information — the same way I protect every archive I document. You can request access, corrections, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to jmturbex@fragmenta.ca.

Like most websites, I use cookies to improve performance — things like saving your cart or remembering preferences. You can disable them anytime via your browser. Some pages may link to external platforms. Once you leave this site, their rules take over. If I update this policy, I’ll reflect it right here with a fresh date.
